A day’s work would normally include the following basic procedures in a Flight Attendant’s job:
- briefing by the captain of the flight on crew coordination, duration of flight, weather conditions, emergency evacuation procedures and any particular issues relating to passengers;
- making sure that all emergency equipment and first-aid kits are on the plane and in good working condition;

- distribute reading material, pillows, blankets or whatever is required by the passengers;

As a supervisor, you may need to coordinate a team also.
